So I have been cooking.....

I know, for those of you that know me this is no surprise.  I figure that if you enjoy something you need to share it and a lot of you have been asking me for some time to start sharing my recipe's so I am going to start.

Today, because I stumbled upon this recipe last night and made it in my new Kitchen Aid (insert gleeful wiggle here).  You are going to laugh when I tell you how easy this was.  I am normally a much more from scratch kind of girl but these just can't be beat.....even from scratch!

So.....here is the culprit of all future crimes against my growing rear.

Ingredients:

1 box of lemon cake  mix
1 egg
1 8oz. container of cool whip

Mix until blended thoroughly. Mixture will be sticky.  COOL mixture in fridge for 15 minutes.

Scoop out by the spoonfuls into a bowl of powdered sugar.  cover and place on parchment lined cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.


I can't even begin to describe how yummy these cookies are!!  No joke....it is criminal!
