My Dearest Ally,
I couldn't sleep last night because I know it is over between us. I am not bitter anymore because I know what we had was real. And, if in some distant place in the future we see each other in our new lives, I will smile at you with joy and remember how we spent a Summer beneath the trees, learning from each other and growing in love. The best love is the kind that awakens the soul and makes us reach for more, that plants a fire in our hearts, and brings peace to our minds. That is what you have given me. My favorite quote lies in this letter. It is what I chose to end Emma's book from Bliss with. I am so excited to see it!
Go figure this would be one of Emma's favorite movies too.......she plants the fire in my heart!!
